Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your baby swaddles, blanket or accessories, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for items that are for personal use due to hygiene requirements (i.e. dummies)

Items on sale or clearance are ineligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.



Once we receive your baby swaddle, blanket or accessories, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Faulty Items

If there is a fault with your purchase please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your item, to notify us of an intended return or exchange.

Billy J Baby will be happy to replace the baby swaddle, blanket or accessories (stock allowing) free of charge, or provide a full refund. All goods must arrive back to Billy J Baby in their original condition with the original packaging and tags attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Please obtain a tracking number on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as Billy J Baby cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery. Billy J Baby aims to process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you choose to receive a refund due to a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed as long as proof of shipment and a shipping receipt can be provided.
